Helping clients with their real estate needs has become a passion for Kathy. She enjoys
working with sellers to maximize the sale price of their homes. Additionally, her
background in the timber industry lends itself to her specialty in buying and selling land.
Over the last decade, she has managed several large and complex real estate transactions
and participated in rural subdivision projects. She enjoys solving access issues and
conducting title and legal research as part of her land use consulting business, Inland
Northwest Land Services, LLC.
After being a small business owner and involved with several personal real estate
transactions, Kathy started her real estate career in the timber industry in 2007. Her
understanding of land appraisals, timber values, 1031 and IRA transactions was
developed through managing transactions from one acre to several thousand acres. As an
Associate Broker and Realtor, Kathy has closed millions of dollars in sales in the five
northern Idaho counties. She also managed the sale of conservation easements under the
Federal Forest Legacy program, resulting in almost 10,000 acres to perpetually remain as
working forests. She is a member of the national, state and local real estate associations
and has received extensive education in the areas of negotiation, marketing, finance and
valuation, real estate investing and real estate law.

Raised in Estes Park, Colorado and currently living and enjoying life in Coeur d’Alene,
Idaho, Kathy is excited about sharing the North Idaho lifestyle with others. Kathy earned
a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hawaii and a Master’s Degree from the
University of Colorado. Passionate about child welfare, Kathy has volunteered as a Court
Appointed Child Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care. She enjoys camping,
traveling, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends.
