Steve Hill has been active in commercial real estate for more than 40 years. In addition to property and business sales and leasing, he has extensive experience in retail site selection and acquisition, investment analysis, commercial property and business evaluation, and commercial lease administration and auditing. Prior to moving to Kootenai County, Steve spent 30 years in Hawaii where he was involved in the development of industrial and commercial buildings. For four of those years he was owner’s representative for the development of a 28 unit gas/convenience store chain. As the owner’s representative he managed site selection & acquisition, design & construction and move-in coordination. For another six years he was contracted to administer and audit the leases of a sixty unit fast food company. In his free time he enjoys time with his family and golf.
